CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 

For all international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Yogert Collection is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items created, unless the item(s) arrive(s) damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns. However, if you are absolutely unhappy with your order, please contact me and I will try my best to find the best appropriate solution.  

For damaged or defective items during transit, you will need to take a picture of the item and contact me in order for me to determine a refund or replacement. 


HANDMADE IMPERFECTIONS

As much as I try my best for all of my handmade products to display no sight of imperfections, it can be quite inevitable for this to occur. Thus, there is a chance that your item(s) can show some slight scratches, marks, bubbles, and/or rough surfaces. These features normally come from the nature of hand making each item, but they are what gives the product its unique design. Please consider that I would not sell and send you products that I would not use myself. Despite any possible minor imperfections, they are not classified as "damaged or defective" and will not be returnable at this time.
